News: Planning Permission granted for nearly zero energy refurbishement and extension

OC+C Architects have been granted planning permission for an extensive refurbishment and extension of a derilict building in Dublin City. The proposed works will have an exemplary thermal performance, meeting and exceeding the NZEB standards.

Works are planned to commence onsite summer 2023.
