This Grade A office fitout in central Dublin houses the corporate headquarters for an important statutory body. The project consists of open plan and cellular offices spaces together with break-out spaces, meeting spaces and canteens. A key element of the project is the high quality boardroom & meeting room suite which is accessed separately from the office areas and serviced by a dedicated kitchen.

Sustainability was a key client driver and the project is LEED Gold Accredited.

The project was delivered using BIM.
